These Terms of Service govern your use of Rev Up Solutions ("the Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. Definitions

"We", "us" means Rev Up Solutions. "You" means the business or individual using the Service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity on your account. You must provide accurate information.

3. Subscriptions & billing

• Plans are billed monthly in GBP (£) via Stripe.

• SMS credits are included as per your plan; top-ups are available. [PLACEHOLDER: confirm top-up pricing.]

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to send unsolicited marketing messages in breach of UK law, including PECR. You are responsible for the content of messages you send.

5. Third-party services

The Service integrates with Stripe (payments), YEXT (listings), Google (reviews) and SMS/messaging providers. Their terms also apply to your use of those features.

6. Intellectual property

We own the Service and its content. You retain ownership of the data you enter.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the preceding 12 months. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.

9. Governing law
